HI, I’M CASSIE

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. With experience across hospitals in Texas, private practice in Australia, and specialized training in eating disorders and digestive health, I take a compassionate, down-to-earth, and non-diet approach to nutrition care.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard—not judged—while working together toward meaningful, sustainable change. Food should be a source of nourishment and joy, not shame or guilt.
