75 Minute Initial Assessment $175

55 Minute Follow Up $150

Acceptable forms of payment include debit/credit card, FSA, and HSA card, to be charged on the day of service.

Please note that cancellations, reschedules, or no shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $150 fee.
