We offer inclusive nutrition therapy that supports individuals of all body sizes, shapes, genders, races, and ages. Our approach is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, creating a safe and compassionate space for healing. When appropriate, modalities can include Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for adolescents, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Enhanced (CBT-E), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.

This is our time to really get to know each other! We will review all things related to food - intake, preferences, relationship with food, stress, sleep, medical history, body image, and more. This will allow us to create a path going forward to achieve your goals.

Follow Up
